Dancehall is a blend of Old School, Middle School, New School steps straight out of the Kingston, Jamaica party scene. Since it is taught from the Western perspective, it strives to honor the creators of these movements while blending it with other Urban styles. Classes focus on exploring and breaking down these steps and combining them in choreographies .


Dancehall Gyal or Dancehall female is a different style of Dancehall specialized in specific moves for women. The goal is to dance with feminity, power and confidence. You will have to use a lot of ondulations , waves and sexy expression.


Heels dance is a dance form that emerged and evolved in the US and Europe in the late 20th and early 21st centuries. It is named after the women's shoe style, since one of its distinguishing features is the wearing of high-heeled shoes during performance. Its techniques and vocabulary derive from a wide range of dance styles used in music video choreography as well as traditional styles.


Vogue, or voguing, is a highly stylized, modern house dance originating in the late 1980s that evolved out of the Harlem ballroom scene.This style is danced by African-American and Latino gay/trans people, and presents gender and sexuality as a performance.


Afro Heels is a fusion of afro dances and heels technique . You will dance your favorite afro moves on heels on your favorite sweet afro songs. The goal is to feel the vibe , being feminine and confident.

Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.
